Shotgun

The Shotgun Range is open to the public and we can tailor group outings for 10 or more shooters.

Facilities include:

– 2 Skeet fields

– 2 Trap fields with Wobble Trap and Double Trap

– 5 Stand with 8 traps and levels of difficulty for the beginner through more advanced

Our trap and skeet fields have lights for nighttime shooting

– 50 / 100 target Sporting Clays course with 12 or more stations, manually trapped

New shooters are always welcome and several of our members who are either NRA Certified Shotgun Coaches or competitive shooters who can get you started in any of the above disciplines.

Shooting Gear Requirements: eye and ear protection, for Skeet – Sporting Clays – 5 Stand a shotgun capable of firing two shots, for Trap a shotgun need only be capable of firing one shot. An IC choke will work although many shooters get more involved with changing chokes and using different constrictions.

Skeet – Trap – 5: members price $5.50 non- member $6.50

5 stand member price $6.00 non-member $7.00

Sporting Clays 100 targets: members price $40.00 non-member $45.00

Sporting Clays 50 targets: member price $22.00 non-member $32.00

We carry a limited supply of ammunition and hearing protection.

Sign up at the clubhouse during the open hours. Cost for the event is $68. Rounds can be shot anytime the club is open. Scores will be recorded at the completion of each round. You may shoot the different courses in any order. There will be a choice of a trophy or Cabela’s gift card, awarded at the conclusion of the league. Everyone is welcome to participate. You don’t have to be a member to have some fun.
