This page is set up for members to vote for the board members and post important club information to the membership. Below is the list of members that are currently running for positions on the board of directors.
If there are any members that would like to run for an office or a director, please post your name in the comments field below. Include your 5 digit member number found on your gate access card. Your name will be added to the list for the office you have selected. Voting will begin November 1st and be counted December 1st. For voting purposes all members are encouraged to vote for the people that are running for office.

Flat River Conservation Club Membership.

The election of board members and officers is rapidly approaching. The club is run by the decisions and hard work of the board members. The board is made up of 10 members and 4 officers. Most of them are retired and are getting tired. We would like to have some younger members step up and take an active roll in the operation of the club. It is time for some new blood to carry on the club duties. It would be a sad day to think the club would have to close because no one was willing to accept the reigns. We urge any member that would like to help carry on what was started many decades ago to step up and help. If you would like to run for a position on the board please submit your name and contact  information to the flat river email @ flatrivercc@yahoo.com. If you have questions please request a call back on the club email with your number. We are a member operated club and would like more participation. There are no paid positions everyone volunteers their time. If you don’t want to run for the board but want to take a more active part in the operation of the club, please come out to the monthly meetings the first Thursday of every month at 7:30 PM. We would love to see you there. Meetings are in the west (shotgun) side of the road.
