FRCC regularly offers Hunter Safety and CCW/CPL Courses (Mixed and Women’s Only) for the public and members and occasionally offers public shooting courses and demonstrations.
CLUB MEETING SCHEDULE
First Thursday of the month, meeting in the shotgun club house 7:30PM
SHOTGUN RANGE HOURS
Wednesday: 10:00 am until finished
Thursdays: 6:00 pm till finished
Sundays: 9:00 am till 2:00 pm

HUNTER SAFETY
Arrive early to register on the first day
Next class is April 5th, 2025
- 1 Day Weekend Course – Saturday class 8 am – about 4 pm.
- Advance Registration and class Required through the DNR website.
- Training material is available at the club house west side of M91.
- Classes are free. Students 10 and under must be accompanied by an adult.
- This is the ”field only” portion for Hunter Safety. Refer to the DNR website for all the information needed for this course.

(2nd Saturday of the Month except November)
Held 2nd Saturday of each month except November which is the 3rd Saturday (ladies only)$65 for non-members. $45 for members. A 1-day class 8 AM – 5 PM. Maximum of 12 students. Classes fill up fast so don’t wait until the last minute for a certain date. Mail check and completed application to the address on application.

WE WILL BE SHOOTING AT 25 OR 50 YARDS. THE CHOICE IS YOURS AS TO WHICH RANGE YOU WANT TO SHOOT.
COST TO SHOOT IS $5.00 PER SESSION. FOR 2 TARGETS WITH 25 BULLSEYE
ANY SAFE .22 LONG RIFLE AND SCOPE COMBINATION IS ALLOWED. OPEN SITES AS WELL SHOULD YOU CHOSE TO USE THEM. THERE IS NO LIMIT ON SCOPE POWER.
WE WILL BE SHOOTING RAIN OR SHINE, WE HAVE COVERED SHOOTING STATIONS.
ANY TWO PIECE REST ARE ALLOWED. NO ONE PIECE SYSTEMS ALLOWED. THE CLUB HAS SAND BAGS IF YOU NEED THEM.

SEASONED AND BEGINNER SHOOTERS ARE WELCOME.
